Users of our site may be assured that their details will not be used for any purpose other than those listed below; and will not be released to any third party. Contact information provided by you will only be used to:

provide you with the services you request
provide you with contact details of other companies that we work closely with when we feel specific recommendations would be beneficial
inform you of antenatal or early postnatal events that we or other local companies are offering
manage our accounts for billing and payments
enable us to answer your enquiries

Booking and Payment

Bookings must be made and paid for online.

Our courses are open to all pregnant women and their birth partners. Booking one place on a course is for up to two people to attend; pregnant women may attend on their own or with a partner of their choice.

Our practitioners offer evidence-based information and encourage women and their partners to make their own informed decisions. At no point should this information be taken as offering medical advice.

Refund policy

Cancellation by you six or more weeks ahead of the course start date will receive a full refund less an administration charge of £25 unless cancellation is for medical reasons.

Cancellation by you less than six weeks ahead of the course start date will receive a 50% refund unless cancellation is for medical reasons.

If you have started your course, you will not usually be eligible for any refunds unless there are special circumstances such as medical reasons, or if, after the first session of the course you feel it doesn’t meet your expectations.

About Birth and Babies reserve the right to cancel a course two weeks prior to the start date if the minimum number of couples have not confirmed. In the unlikely event that this should occur, an alternative course or one-to-one will be offered. If preferred, your initial course fee will be reimbursed in full.

  Me and my partner were so pleased we booked onto this class, we learnt SO much!! It was reassuring and nice to be with other parents to be who had the same worries and questions.   100% recommend for any parents who have plenty of questions and want to be as prepared as possible.

We both learnt a lot about pain management options during labour as well as the important roll your birthing partner plays. My husband definitely felt more confident and prepared about what was to come and so did I.

  Just finished the Full Antenatal Class with Sian. Found it so helpful and learnt loads about pregnancy, labour and baby care. Sian is excellent and incredibly knowledgeable.   Great classes for learning a lot of very useful information and tips about labor, breastfeeding and taking care of a newborn baby! both Sian and Lauren are very experienced instructors and the sessions are very engaging.
