About Us

Having a baby is a very special and exciting time, but we know the thought of birth and becoming parents can also feel quite daunting and challenging.

We get it! Having supported thousands of expectant and new parents we know you want to feel prepared, informed, calm and confident during your pregnancy, birth and into the early weeks of parenthood. We want you to enjoy the full experience and in addition, we would love you to have the confidence to trust your instincts.

We provide complete birth and early parenting preparation for pregnant women and birth partners through our various private antenatal courses. We also offer ongoing support and reassurance and postnatal and infant feeding support once your baby is born.
